At Verovia, we believe every young person deserves the chance to learn, explore, and grow – regardless of their financial circumstances.
The Verovia Scholarship Contest 2026 offers students the opportunity to share their ideas, express their voice, and earn a scholarship to join our Europe Explorers Summer Camp 2026, a 15-day experiential learning journey across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
This scholarship is not only financial support, it is an invitation to step into global learning, self-discovery, and meaningful personal growth.
Awards
1 Full Scholarship
Covers full tuition (valued at 4,450 EURO).
7 Partial Scholarships
Covers partial tuition (valued at 600 EURO each).
And many other special gifts and perks to be revealed during the contest timeline.
All scholarship recipients will also be given the opportunity to become Verovia Student Ambassadors – a meaningful way to continue your growth, reflect on your experience, and inspire future students.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to young explorers who meet the following criteria:
- Students aged 12 to 18
- Hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid passport by 15 March 2026
- Have not previously participated in any Verovia Summer Camp
Application Requirements
Your application is only eligible if you fulfill all the requirements below:
Topic: “Every Verovia summer camp is shaped by its students. How would you contribute to our Europe Explorers Summer Camp 2026?”
Write about the role you imagine yourself playing, the energy or ideas you would bring, and the parts of who you are that make your contribution unique.
- Word limit: 250 words
- Language: English
A one-page concise profile that highlights your strengths, achievements, and experiences - anything that makes you you.
You are allowed to be creative in how you present your profile, as long as it is submitted as a single, one-page PDF file.
To understand what resonates with you about our camp, we invite you to complete one simple task:
Share our official Europe Explorers Summer Camp announcement post on your personal Facebook (public mode).
How to do it:
- Check out the announcement post on Verovia Facebook page HERE
- Share it publicly on your Facebook profile
- Add a caption in your own words
- Submit your post link as proof in your scholarship application form
* How you present Verovia's Europe's Summer Camp and engage with other people on your post will be taken into account during the evaluation.
*Students can use Parent's Facebook profile to share if they do not have an active Facebook account.
A parent or guardian must complete and sign the official consent form.
Applications without a signed consent form will not be considered.

While all applications are evaluated equally, submitting early is highly encouraged for several clear benefits:
- Wider award availability: Most scholarship slots ̣(including the Full Scholarship) are available during this period, giving early applicants the highest chance of securing an award. If an exceptional application is identified early, the Full Scholarship may be awarded immediately.
- Stronger review opportunity: Early applications reflect good preparation and commitment, and they allow our review panel more time to read your materials carefully.
- More time to prepare: Early recipients have significantly more time to organise visa documentation, plan finances, and get ready for the programme.
How to Apply
Step 1: Read the application requirements and all Terms & Conditions carefully.
Step 2: Get your parent or guardian to review the Camp Brochure, scholarship contest scheme and sign the Parent Consent Form.
Step 3: Prepare all required documents:

Step 4: Submit your complete application via our Online Application Form.
Terms & Conditions
- Each student may submit only ONE application.
- Scholarships apply exclusively to students who enroll in the Europe Explorers Summer Camp 2026 and cannot be transferred to other programmes.
- Scholarship values cannot be combined with other promotions, such as Early Bird or Partner discounts.
- Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- The scholarship does not cover additional expenses, including airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, SIM cards, optional activities, laundry, or personal spending.
- By submitting an application, students grant Verovia permission to use their essay, interview statements, or social task content for marketing and communication purposes.
- Students who are awarded a scholarship must confirm their participation by completing the registration steps, including paying a registration fee of 500 EURO*, before the required deadline. Failure to do so will result in the scholarship being withdrawn, as this confirms the student’s commitment to joining the programme.
- Students must hold a valid passport by the required date to participate in the programme. Inability to obtain or present a valid passport may affect eligibility for the camp.
*The registration fee (500 EUR) is part of the tuition fee and is required to secure your spot in the programme. For the full scholarship recipient, this fee will be refunded after the programme is completed.

Social Advocate Task: Thoughtful sharing of Verovia Summer Camp on your social media profile

Openness to learning, responsibility, and preparedness for an international camp environment.
5. Submission timing (additional consideration)
When two submissions demonstrate similarly strong qualities, earlier submissions may be given priority as they reflect strong commitment to the process.
