EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY
At Verovia, we create a learning environment that sparks curiosity, builds independence, and strengthens students’ confidence to shape their own future. We believe students grow most through meaningful experiences and real connections — with themselves and with the world. Instead of rigid curricula, our approach focuses on self-directed learning where students are encouraged to go on a journey of exploration, experiments, and reflection.
Verovia Europe Summer Camp offers a safe and inspiring first step for students to discover Europe, broaden their worldview, and develop the confidence and transferable skills needed for their future.
Whether students explore European cities, talking with locals, or working together on team challenges, each experience helps them discover who they are, what they’re capable of, and what they want to do. Students will return home with new friendships, unforgettable memories, and the courage to dream bigger — whether that means studying abroad, starting new ideas, or becoming the best version of themselves.
WHY VEROVIA CAMP?
The Verovia Europe Summer Camp is a transformative journey where students grow through hands-on learning, cultural immersion, and meaningful real-life experiences across Europe.

Experience Europe’s top universities
Students will learn about various types of universities across three countries in Europe— from research-based to applied universities, meet teachers and Vietnamese students at top institutions, and receive valuable insights.

Authentic, high-quality entertaining experiences
Far beyond sightseeing, students get to live a truly vibrant European summer—cycling through forests, preparing picnics, exploring iconic museums, and enjoying one of the world’s most enchanting theme parks.

“Survival skills” to study abroad
The camp helps students build real-life self-management skills—learning to navigate daily tasks, work effectively in teams, make independent decisions, and adapt confidently to life in a new environment.

Vietnamese educators with European insights
Every camp is designed and led by Vietnamese educators living in Europe—professionals who understand Vietnamese students deeply and know how to turn authentic local experiences into meaningful learning moments.

A small, tightly connected community
The camp is intentionally limited in size so each student receives close attention and personalised support while away from home, and can easily build meaningful connections with peers that turn into unforgettable memories.

Career-orientation support
From pre-departure to the end of the camp, students engage in a range of career-guidance activities that help them gain clarity about their strengths and the study-abroad pathways that fit them best.

OUR TEACHERS
Verovia’s founders are international education and communication experts with many years of studying and working in Europe.
Drawing on our experience as former international students, we have created the Verovia Europe Summer Camp with the belief that students grow best through trust, guidance, and real-world experiences.
Each summer, Verovia’s founders personally lead the camp—present in every destination and every moment of learning. Their hands-on involvement is what makes the journey truly transformative, giving students genuine guidance, support, and growth.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the registration deadline?
Parents must complete the registration form and pay the registration fee (500 EURO) before March 30, 2026. Early registrants before January 1, 2026 receive a 300 EURO discount.
Do students need strong English skills?
Students should have reasonably good English listening comprehension to participate and make the most of interactions with locals, Dutch teachers, and international peers. Students with weaker skills will receive additional support from the accompanying teachers.
What ages can join the camp?
Verovia summer camp accepts students aged 12–18.
For students under 12, the teachers will interview the child and parents to assess suitability.
With three accompanying teachers plus local guides or Vietnamese student volunteers, the team ensures attentive support for all students.
Where will students stay?
Students will stay at the following hotels:
- Meininger Hotel Amsterdam City West
- Efteling Resort
- Yooma Urban Lodge
- a&o Aachen
All the accommodations meet the hygiene and safety standards for typical summer camps.
Can parents join the trip?
The camp is designed for students, so our priority in recruitment and support is dedicated to them. Parents may join the trip if a group of 4–5 is formed, but should maintain appropriate distance to encourage students’ independence. During academic and group activities, parents are welcome to enjoy shopping, sightseeing, or exploring the city on their own.
Parent participation fee: 4,750 Euro.
What is not covered in the tuition fee?
The tuition fee does not include airfare, visa fee (if applicable), travel insurance, SIM card, bicycle rental, climbing forest activity, optional add-on activities, laundry, airport meals, and any other personal expenses.
Please contact us for current promotions and get the best fee offer available.
Why do I need to pay a registration fee?
The registration fee is a part of the tuition and is required to secure your child’s place in the programme. It allows us to begin essential logistics arrangements, ensuring a smooth and well-prepared camp experience.
How do registration and payments work?
Parents fill out the registration form. After receiving the information, Verovia Academy will send the contract, instructions for booking flights, and visa procedures. Parents will sign the contract and transfer the registration fee (500 EURO). The remaining tuition (after subtracting the registration fee) can be paid in 2 installments: after receiving the official invitation letter and after obtaining the visa.
If I need to cancel my registration, will I get my money back?
Any cancellation must be received in writing and can only be made on the following terms:
- After paying the registration fee and receiving the invitation letter, the cancellation fee is 250 Euro.
- For cancellation before the programme start date, the remaining of the programme fees will be proportionally refunded as per the table below:
| Period Before Start Date | Total Refunded (excluding cancellation fee) |
| 90+ days | 100% |
| 30-89 days | 50% |
| 7-29 days | 10% |
| 0-6 days | 0% |
Cancellations made after the commencement date of the programme will not receive any refund.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
How long does the visa process take?
The Dutch consulate typically takes 6–7 weeks (3–4 weeks to schedule submission + ~3 weeks for processing).
To avoid delays or additional document requests, we recommend preparing and submitting applications from April. Verovia’s visa approval rate so far is 100%.
If my visa's request is denied, can I get a refund?
Parents must notify Verovia immediately if the visa is denied.
- For cancellations because of visa denial, the remainder of the tuition fees including the registration fee will be proportionally refunded as per the table below:
| Period Before Start Date | Total Refunded (excluding cancellation fee) |
| 30+ days | 100% |
| 7-29 days | 75% |
| 0-6 days | Refundable amount is based on actual incured cost |
If the student’s visa request is denied due to dishonest application, no refund can be made.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving cancellation notice.
Can students apply for a visa to travel with family before or after the programme?
The Dutch consulate issues visas strictly for attending the summer camp, with limited duration, so students may not be able to travel separately before or after the programme.
